The minimum sideyard setback is 5.9 feet where 6 feet is required. The existing front setback is 4.5 feet where 30 feet is required.
Area Variance
Erik Stropp, Bennett & Oak Streets (Tax Map #112.-12-3.2), An area variance to construct a private storage building on an industrial zoned lot. The distance to the closest street line is 30.1 feet where 75 feet is required.
