To allow construction of an addition to a non-conforming commercial building on a lot 150 feet deep where 200 feet is required. Also, the front setback is 20.9 feet where 50 feet is required and a rear setback of 20.9 feet where 25 feet is required.

To allow construction of a residential addition and pole barn on a 67 foot wide lot where 85 feet is required.
