An area variance to construct a residential addition on a lot in a R-10 zoning district where the building line is 60 feet where 75 feet is required.  The minimum sideyard setback is 5.9 feet where 6 feet is required.  The existing front setback is 4.5 feet where 30 feet is required.

An area variance to construct a private storage building on an industrial zoned lot.  The distance to the closest street line is 30.1 feet where 75 feet is required.
