TOWN CLERK
 Welcome to the Town of Cicero. I would like to introduce you to the Town Clerk's Office and some of the services provided.  My Office has a variety of different duties and responsibilities, such as issuing hunting and fishing licenses, marriage licenses, dog licenses and handicap permits. In addition, we can provide a wide variety of information relative to the activities of the Town Board and other issues of town-wide interest.
 For your convenience, my office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Return the FAVORCARD
(Find & Assist Vets of Record):

Any honorably discharged military Veteran residing in Onondaga County can get their FAVOR card by bringing their discharge or DD-214 into the County Clerk's Office or the Town Clerk's Office along with photo identification. A form will then be completed and sent to the County Clerk's Office for completion. Once completed, a card will be sent to the applicant to begin their savings.

CICERO DOG INFORMATION REMINDER
FOR ALL DOG OWNERS:

Please have make sure all dogs are wearing a collar with identification, so the dog can be return to their owner.

All dogs need to be licensed over the age of 4 months, proof of rabies is required. A dog bone shape tag for the Town of Cicero dogs is given at the time of licensing. Please acquire this dog license at the Town Clerk's Office, 315-699-8109.

Please be informed that the Town of Cicero shelter is Animal Kingdom (CNY Vet Services), 315-699-0375.

If you have lost your dog or have found a dog, please call the Town of Cicero Town Clerk's Office at 315-699-8109.

INFORMATION FROM THE
DESK OF TOWN CLERK

Attention All Dog Owner's In The Town Of Cicero: Effective January 1, 2011, all dog licenses will be renewed through the Town of Cicero & not through NYS AG & Markets. The renewals will be mailed from the Town of Cicero with a new dog tag being issued once payment is received.

Hunting Licenses go on sale Monday, August 15th, 2011

Marriage Licenses can be purchased at the Town Clerk's Office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call 699-8109 for information.

West Nile Virus is a concern: Protect yourself from mosquito bites by using a repellant, but do not use a repellent that contains more than 10 percent DEET on children under the age of 5. Any questions call 435-1649.

Dead birds: If you have any questions or find a dead bird, call 435-1649.

BLUE BINS can be picked up outside of the Highway Department.

Household batteries: Yellow Battery Bags can be obtained at the Cicero Town Clerk's Office

METAL ONLY, can be placed in the scrap pile behind the highway department which is a service for CICERO RESIDENTS ONLY
