| Registration may be done in person during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. Registration may also be mailed to Cicero Parks & Recreation, PO Box 1517, Cicero, NY 13039. |
PAYMENT |

be paid in full at the time of registration. Cash,
check and money orders are accepted. Make checks
and money order payable to Town of Cicero. |
NEW DEPARTMENT REFUND POLICY* |

No refunds will be given within one week BEFORE the program start date. If a refund is requested one week or more before the program starts, a $5.00 administrative fee, per person will be deducted from your refund.

Why do you use a lottery draw?
The lottery draw offers an impartial procedure to
all registrants. There is no guarantee that your
child(ren) will be registered for the program, but
the lottery draw enables everyone the same opportunity.
How do you determine who is registered first?
Cicero Residents ONLY are eligible for early registration.
Registration is accepted by MAIL ONLY during the
early registration process. Registration forms and
payment received by the early registration date
will be placed in a lottery draw. There is still
no guarantee that this early registration process
will enable you to participate in the program for
which you register. Early registration forms will
be accepted through a to be announced date in May.
The lottery draw will begin in May. You can drop off registration in a sealed envelope to the locked box in the Parks & Recreation Department. Registration
forms and payment received after the early registration
date will be registered during the open registration
period on a first come first serve basis, space
permitting.
What is open registration?
Open registration dates are for Cicero Residents
and Non-Residents. Open registration is a mail-in
only process. Cicero residents do not receive preference
during open registration. Open registration is accepted
by mail during a to be determined time period in
May. You can drop off registration in a sealed envelope to the locked box in the Parks & Recreation Department. We will begin the open registration lottery
draw in late May.
What if I am a Non-Resident and mail in my registration
early?
Your registration will be held until open registration
begins and your child(ren) will be registered if
space is available.
May I register in person?
Yes, space permitting beginning in early June.
May I register and pay for another person's
child?
Yes. However, to qualify for early registration
they must be Town of Cicero Residents and the parent
or legal guardian must complete all waivers and
registration forms.
What form of payment is accepted?
The only payment accepted is check or money orders
payable to the "Town of Cicero." Do
not send cash.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given if a program is canceled by
the Town of Cicero Parks & Recreation Department.
No refunds will be given once a program begins.
If a refund is requested before a program begins,
a $5.00 administrative fee per person will be deducted from
your refund.
Before you mail, did you?
1. Complete all information on the form.
2. Parent or legal guardian ONLY must sign waiver
at the bottom of the registration form.
3. Enclose payment. Send a check or money order
made payable to the "Town of Cicero".
Do not send cash.
4. Mail registration form, fee and write the program(s)
name (Playground or Learn to Swim) on the envelope
in the bottom left corner. You can register for
playgrounds and Learn to Swim on the same form.
Please do not register for other programs offered
by the Cicero Parks & Recreation Department
on this form.
